Our Story

StartPro was founded in 2022, in Canada, to bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution. We saw an opportunity to bring senior-level software craftsmanship and strategic clarity to founders and operators who needed more than generic off-the-shelf solutions.

The studio operates across three disciplines — game design and development, enterprise software, and strategic consulting — each led directly by senior practitioners. Every engagement is handled in-house, in Canada, with the same attention to detail regardless of scale.

Since founding, StartPro has worked with sixty-plus named ventures across Canada and the United Kingdom — supporting them through business strategy, due diligence, venture planning, and software delivery. Our priority is fit: we take on work we are confident we can deliver, scope it transparently, and measure ourselves by the outcomes our clients see — never by vanity metrics.
