StartPro Corp ("StartPro", "we", "us") is a Canadian software studio. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what your rights are under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario regulations.

Information we collect

We collect the information you give us through our contact, booking, and application forms (your name, email, company, phone, and the content of your message). We also collect basic analytics on aggregate site traffic (page views, referrer, country) — no individual profiles are built.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, scope and price work, schedule calls, and reply to job applications. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for advertising. We do not enrol you in any marketing list without explicit opt-in.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored in our internal Google Workspace (Canadian regional servers) and on our Apache server in Canada. Job applications are stored in our applicant-tracking spreadsheet and deleted six months after the role is filled, unless you've asked us to keep them on file.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request" and we'll respond within thirty days.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or cross-site profiling. The only third-party scripts loaded are Google Fonts (for typography), which Google receives a request from when your browser loads our site.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent material update.
