How we work, and what we ask of you.

Direct work, no relay.

You scope the work, you build it, you ship it. We do not pass requirements through three layers of management. Your client meeting at 10 is your code at 2.

Time we respect.

Calendar-blocking is the norm, not the exception. Two days a week with no scheduled meetings is the default for everyone, including the founder.

Honest deadlines.

We commit to dates we believe. We renegotiate before we slip. Heroics are a sign something failed upstream — not a culture to celebrate.

Stay close to the work.

Senior engineers still write code. Senior strategists still write decks. The day you stop touching the craft is the day you stop being useful to clients.
