You will own the visual asset pipeline across our game and AR/VR client projects — from concept and modeling through rigging, lookdev, and Unity integration. You will start as a 6-month contract; we expect the role to convert to full-time.

No. 01Responsibilities
  • Own the asset pipeline — modeling, rigging, lookdev, integration in Unity
  • Build and maintain shaders, materials, and visual-tooling for the team
  • Optimize assets for mobile and standalone-headset targets
  • Collaborate with the senior game developer on art direction and feasibility
No. 02Qualifications
  • 5+ years in 3D asset production for games or AR/VR
  • Strong with Blender or Maya; comfortable with Unity HDRP/URP
  • Shader authoring (HLSL or shader graph)
  • Experience optimizing for mobile / standalone-headset draw budgets
No. 03Nice to have
  • Substance Painter / Designer
  • Motion-graphics work in After Effects
  • Published portfolio with at least two released titles
