You will lead Unity client projects from prototype to release. Most of our game work is mobile or cross-platform, with occasional AR/VR builds for retail and training clients. You will be the senior practitioner in the room — designing systems, owning the build pipeline, working directly with the client.

No. 01Responsibilities
  • Lead Unity client projects end-to-end — prototype, production, release, live-ops
  • Own the build pipeline, store submission, and platform certification work
  • Design gameplay systems, multiplayer architecture, and tooling for the rest of the team
  • Work directly with clients during sprint reviews and design sessions
  • Mentor a 3D generalist and (rotating) a junior developer
No. 02Qualifications
  • 7+ years shipping Unity titles — at least two of them to release on mobile or console
  • Strong C# and deep familiarity with Unity's build pipeline, addressables, and DOTS where appropriate
  • Comfortable with Photon, Mirror, or another multiplayer stack
  • Have shipped at least one title with measurable post-launch live-ops
  • Comfortable working directly with non-technical clients

  • Unreal experience
  • AR/VR experience on standalone headsets (Quest)
  • Released work in the Chinese market
