You will run client engagements alongside the senior engineer or game developer leading the work — owning the schedule, the customer comms, the demo cadence, and the deliverables. You will not be a JIRA jockey. You are expected to read the code, understand the scope, and push back on bad scope when you see it.
No. 01Responsibilities
- Run two to three concurrent client engagements end-to-end
- Own the schedule, the weekly customer demos, and the change-management conversations
- Push back on scope creep and unrealistic dates — internally and with clients
- Surface blockers fast; coordinate the team to clear them
- Maintain the post-launch support cadence for live engagements
No. 02Qualifications
- 5+ years managing software or game engagements at a studio or consultancy
- Strong technical literacy — you should be able to read a PR description and explain it back
- Direct, calm, written communicator
- Track record of shipping multiple concurrent engagements on or near schedule
No. 03Nice to have
- Background as an engineer or designer before moving into PM
- Experience with game studios or AR/VR client work
- PMP / Scrum certifications are not required (but not harmful)
